How You’ll Make An Impact
- Pick customer orders using a scanner or tablet and stack them onto pallets
- Stage and label completed orders accurately for shipment
- Operate material handling equipment such as manual and electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and propane lifts
- Verify product quantities, labeling, and packaging quality against packing lists and SAP records
- Inspect packaging and contents for damage or quality issues
- Coordinate with customer service, production, and packaging teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment
- Assemble shipping boxes, prepare labels, and manage packaging induction
- Load trailers with packed boxes and pallets for outbound shipments
- Identify and report quantity discrepancies to the Supervisor or Lead
- Maintain a clean and organized picking area using 5S principles
- Support inventory control by updating databases and participating in cycle counts
- Ensure the freight sorting area is organized and follows established stocking guidelines
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support logistics and warehouse operations
- Location: Huntington, IN
- Work Week & Shift: 2nd shift 9:30am - 5:30pm with occasional overtime and weekends.

- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of stand up forklift experience
- No immigration sponsorship offered for this role
- Previous plant or warehouse experience
- Experience using Raymond-Brand stand-up forklifts
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Experience working independently and as part of a team
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs

Annual Or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay rate is $21.80 per hour. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
