As we continue to grow our European operations, we are looking for a Freight Forwarding Specialist / Logistics Coordinator – Mandarin Speaking to support our team in Warsaw.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily freight forwarding and logistics operations
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, customs brokers and internal teams
• Handle transport documentation, shipment tracking and operational updates
• Support import/export processes and ensure smooth communication between all parties
• Monitor delivery timelines and proactively follow up on delays or operational issues
• Prepare and maintain reports, shipment records and logistics data
• Support process improvement and help build efficient operational workflows
• Act as a communication bridge between local teams and Chinese-speaking stakeholders

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training or degree in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, international trade or a related field
• Experience in freight forwarding, transportation, logistics coordination, import/export or supply chain operations
• Good understanding of shipment processes, transport documentation and operational logistics
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Structured, hands-on and solution-oriented working style
• Confident handling of MS Office; experience with ERP, WMS or transport management systems is a plus
• Mandarin Chinese required
• Good English skills required
• Polish or other European languages are a plus
