物流スーパーバイザーの指示のもと、入荷・出荷・検査を含む日常的な物流業務を正確かつ効率的に遂行する責任を担います。定められたプロセスとルールを厳守しながら、高品質かつ納期遵守による安定的な業務運営と継続的な顧客満足の実現に貢献します。

主な職務内容

• 物流業務（入荷・出荷）

・ 計測機器および工業製品の入荷・開梱・検査・システム登録を行う

・ 出荷指示に基づきピッキング・梱包・出荷を実施する

・ シリアル番号管理・ロット管理・付属品確認の正確性を確保する

・ 数量・内容・取引状況の正確な記録を維持する

• 品質と正確性

・ 標準作業手順書（SOP）および定められた作業指示書に従う

・ 誤り・異常・不一致を発見し、速やかに報告する

・ トレーサビリティおよびデータの整合性向上に貢献する

• チームワークとコミュニケーション

・ 物流スーパーバイザーおよびチームメンバーとスムーズに情報共有を行う

・ 問題・リスク・業務上の懸念事項を適切にエスカレーションする

• コンプライアンス・安全・職場環境

・ 社内規則・品質基準・安全規定を遵守する

・ 整理整頓が行き届いた清潔で安全な職場環境を維持する

必須スキル・経験

・ 工業製品・精密機器・計測機器の入荷・出荷・検査業務の経験

・ 高い注意力と正確さ

・ 基本的なPCスキル（Microsoft Excel、Word、社内システム）

・ 高い責任感と指示に従い業務を遂行する実行力

・ チーム志向のマインドセットと良好な対人スキル
