Job Overview
We are hosting an in-person hiring event for Warehouse Associates eager to join a dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, handling inventory, operating heavy equipment, and supporting logistics operations. All positions are paid, and we’re looking for motivated individuals ready to contribute to our warehouse operations.

Responsibilities
Assist with inventory control through accurate stock counting, order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving processes
Load and unload shipments efficiently using appropriate manual handling techniques and heavy equipment
Support order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment according to customer specifications
Follow safety protocols diligently, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA guidelines
Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure smooth warehouse distribution operations and maintain a safe work environment
Skills

Experience operating reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and other heavy equipment required for warehouse operations a plus.
Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (such as AS400 or similar software) and inventory management software
Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments or inventory levels
Knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA standards and proper PPE use
Warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with warehouse management best practices is a plus
Technical proficiency in operating material handling equipment and understanding warehouse operations workflows
