Job Summary
Your role as an Product Movement Specialist includes, but is not limited to, tracking ingoing and outgoing inventory, perform daily cycle counts, and report any discrepancies you are unable to reconcile. You must also keep inventory counts in our ERP system up-to-date, as this allows employees in other departments to check stock levels and work more efficiently.

- Track and Document Changes in Inventory
- Perform Cycle Counts, or check different sections of inventory on a daily basis
- Reconcile Discrepancies
- Use our ERP system to communicate inventory information with other business units (Sku’s)
- Ensure Proper Labeling
- Ensure Compliance with Safety Standards
- Inspect Returned Merchandise
- Dispose of obsolete inventory as directed
- 2 years experience handling live inventory & WMS/ERP systems
- Someone with strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient knowledge in warehouse inventory management through WMS software
- Ability to create new, more efficient processes from scratch
- Ability to generate solutions to problems ad hoc
- Forklift certified
Work Environment
- This position is in a busy warehouse subject to frequent interruptions and loud noises
- Business work hours vary but are usually Monday-Friday between the hours of 7am to 3:30pm
- Some extended and weekend hours may be required.
- Forklift Driving experience a plus!
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch as needed.
- Comfortable working in environments with variable temperatures and noise levels.
