External Courier Manager

Ozone Entertainment is one of the largest and fastest-growing e-commerce retailers in Bulgaria. Our portfolio includes ozone.bg, baby.bg, our international websites in Romania, Greece, and Croatia, our physical stores Ozone Games, Ozone Live, and Ozone Pro, as well as the publishing house Artline Studios. As our business continues to expand, so does our need to grow our Supply Chain & Logistics team with a new External Courier Manager.

We are looking for an External Courier Manager to oversee relationships with external logistics partners, ensure high-quality and efficient delivery services, and support the operations of our Distribution Center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day operations with courier and logistics partners;
• Manage operational issues, including delivery delays, customer claims, and damaged shipments;
• Monitor KPIs and ensure service quality meets company standards;
• Oversee transportation processes and optimize logistics costs;
• Prepare performance analyses and operational reports.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in logistics, courier services, or e-commerce;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems;
• Good working proficiency in English;
• Strong organizational skills, the ability to make quick decisions, and a high level of accountability;
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
