We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to support the efficiency and continouus improvement of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and automate warehouse operations reports and dashboards.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse KPIs, including productivity, inventory accuracy, service level, order fulfillment, and quality metrics.
• Prepare regular performance reviews and management presentations.
• Identify trends, operational gaps, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Support and participate in warehouse optimization and continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Operations, Transport, IT, and other stakeholders to implement process enhancements.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of operational data and reporting.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and provide recommendations to improve warehouse efficiency and performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and capacity planning activities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance warehouse productivity, accuracy, service levels, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• University degree in Logistics or another relevant field.
• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics analysis, and performance reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and experience with Power BI or other BI tools is considered an advantage.
• Experience in KPI definition, tracking, and performance management.
• Experience participating in operational excellence, lean, or process optimization projects.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
