We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to support the efficiency and continouus improvement of our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and automate warehouse operations reports and dashboards.
- Monitor and analyze warehouse KPIs, including productivity, inventory accuracy, service level, order fulfillment, and quality metrics.
- Prepare regular performance reviews and management presentations.
- Identify trends, operational gaps, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
- Support and participate in warehouse optimization and continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate with Warehouse Operations, Transport, IT, and other stakeholders to implement process enhancements.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of operational data and reporting.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and provide recommendations to improve warehouse efficiency and performance.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and capacity planning activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance warehouse productivity, accuracy, service levels, and cost efficiency.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proactive approach to identifying trends, operational gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic operational environment.
- Interest in operational excellence, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborative working style and ability to partner with cross-functional teams.
- University degree in Logistics or another relevant field.
- Experience in warehouse operations, logistics analysis, and performance reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and experience with Power BI or other BI tools is considered an advantage.
- Experience in KPI definition, tracking, and performance management.
- Experience participating in operational excellence, lean, or process optimization projects.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
