As our Air Freight Department in Bulgaria continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated:
✈️ AIR FREIGHT OPERATIONS
(Full-time, based in Sofia)
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage air freight operations for import and export shipments
- Handle bookings with airlines, prepare AWB documentation, and manage shipment files
- Ensure smooth cargo flow from booking to final delivery, meeting tight deadlines
- Communicate with airlines, agents, and global partners to secure best routing options
- Provide proactive updates and solutions to customers, especially for time-critical shipments
- Monitor shipments in real time and handle operational irregularities
- Control costs and ensure operational efficiency in line with company standards
- Collaborate closely with QCS offices worldwide to ensure seamless service
Your Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in air freight forwarding (import experience is a plus)
- Good understanding of air cargo processes, airline procedures, and AWB documentation
- Ability to work under pressure and handle time-sensitive shipments
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive, hands-on approach
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
- Team player with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
- Confident with MS Office; experience with freight software is an advantage
- Good command of English (written & spoken)
