Pricing Specialist/ Supervisor

Responsibilities：

• Responsible for quotation of ocean freight rates and local charges for full container
• Establish and maintain good cooperation relationship with shipping lines
• Responsible for communication with trailer suppliers and internal warehouse and maintain good cooperation relationship.
• Collate internal quotation form, including ocean freight and local charges.
• Support sales team to provide competitive quotation.
• Support and cooperate with the Ocean Product teams’ pricing direction in China.
• Participate in the quotation of sea freight and local charges for country RFQ/Biddings
• Market intelligence and regular weekly dialogue with trade team
• Vendor management Volume win ratio/growth ratio, GP measures
• Country tender/RFQ
• Combination of contracts Country carrier deal, SPOT, local solution
• Daily meeting/review on solution with CMT/booking team
• Special cargo inquiry with carriers, including DG, OOG
• Daily win/loss file update
• To fulfill other works required by the superior

Requirements：

• College degree or above
• More than 1-2 years’ experience in international logistics industry
• Familiar with world ports, and Shanghai export shipping prices
• Good English writing and speaking skills
• Positive, active, optimistic, team player, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure
