Key Responsibilities:

• Source and manage sea freight agents, including booking, operations, and billing reconciliation processes.
• Manage daily operations, monitoring, and financial reconciliation for sea freight customers.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in English.
• Familiar with the international sea freight process and operations.
• Able to use WeChat and respond to messages on weekends and holidays when required.
• Willing to be placed in Kuningan, South Jakarta.
