Role Description The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is a full-time, on-site role based in Hayward, CA. This position is responsible for accurately receiving incoming materials, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders, and organizing products in designated storage areas. The role includes preparing and packing outgoing shipments, creating shipping labels and documentation, and safely moving materials using pallet jacks and related equipment. The clerk will maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock checks, and communicate with warehouse staff, drivers, and office teams to coordinate orders and resolve discrepancies. Daily tasks also include following food safety and workplace safety procedures, keeping work areas clean and organized, and supporting other warehouse operations as needed.
