This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory in a fast-paced warehouse operation. In this role you will keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD deliver, provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices and be the floor lead when warehouse supervisor is not on- site. Additional duties include providing feedback to Product Availability Supervisor (Warehouse Supervisor) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of picker and loaders.
This position contributes to the overall success of the Pepsi Beverages Company at the satellite warehouse level. You will be engaging in a fast-paced, evolving, and results-based environment while employing safety and the preferred methods of PepsiCo.
Responsibilities
- Track each load accurately
- Palletize Geobox trucks when loading
- Load full service trucks
- EIOS tasks
- Accurately count all pallets
- Maintain pace of pallet configuration
- Ensure that inline adjustments are made and used for all pallets
- Identify priorities and coordinate resources
- Assess and enhance the skill set of pickers
- Recommend process improvements!
- Coordinate picker and loader team
- Ensure stability of all loaded pallets by proper use of load straps
- Embrace and promote a culture of “stack, wrap, strap”!
- Check in Geobox and full service trucks when returning from routes.
- Other duties as Assigned- PQI
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $35,600 - $56,800.

- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience working in Supply Chain or Warehousing leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment.
- Experience working a flexible schedule including afternoons, late nights and/or weekends.
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
- Be able to carry up to 85 lbs repeatedly.
- Forklift experience
