Production Team Member

Summary: Malibu Boats LLC, the leading tow boat manufacturer, continuously accepts applications to join one of our production teams (i.e. Lamination, Assembly, Upholstery, etc.). Essential duties and responsibilities may vary throughout the production areas.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Manufacturer or prep parts in accordance with Malibu standards.
• Follow all safety and quality guidelines while continually exceeding customer standards.
• Read and understand paperwork to ensure proper steps are followed.
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• May work in a team setting or individually to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment by complying to safety and 5s standards.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

Some positions require the ability to pass Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT)

Education And/or Experience

High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.

Mathematical Skills

General math skills required.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving variables in procedures and/or environment.

Work Environment

Safety glasses required at all times

Gloves are available and may be required depended upon position

Other PPE May Be Required Depending Upon Workstation

Typical 10-hour workdays, frequent overtime required.
