What You’ll Do
Inventory & Warehouse Operations
- Ensure all inventory transactions within the warehouse are completed correctly and in a timely manner
- Keep the warehouse organized according to established SOPs
- Complete accurate cycle counts and update all relevant documentation
- Move inventory physically and electronically throughout the cycle count process
- Assist with month-end and year-end physical inventory counts
- Maintain and monitor high-dollar inventory items with appropriate care and documentation
- Understand and execute all ERP/WMS warehouse functions and transactions
- Gather and report physical quantities of inventory using WMS-generated Physical Count reports
- Enter Physical Count data into ERP/WMS and run Physical Count Audit Reports to review variances and update on-hand quantities and stock statuses
- Research inventory variances and any findings that do not align with system records
- Communicate frequently with key stakeholders to correct and adjust inventory discrepancies
- Ability to learn and operate all warehouse computer systems and processes
- Ability to operate a forklift (certification required or ability to become certified)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Valid Utah driver’s license required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in warehousing, inventory, or logistics
