Associate Materials Manager

With the expansion of our site in Poland, we are looking for a Associate Materials Manager to join the team. The role is an individual contributor position.

Supply Chain and Materials management:

• Generate reporting that details materials movements needed to properly stage materials for production.
• Execute to materials movement task that include inventory movement within cost group, org and regions.
• Update and maintain system transactions within WWT tools.
• Take mitigation actions for disposition of excess and obsolete materials.

Delivers Operational Excellence through:

• Execution to KPI's designated for program and departmental measurements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in current and future business opportunities.
• Drives resolution of inventory discrepancies and system issues.

Provides internal and external collaboration:

• Support the ongoing collaborative relationship with the logistics team, purchasing, material operations, and supply planning.
• Generates business metrics on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis to Supervisors.
• Communicate to internal departments on material status, materials movements and substitutions for material requirements

• Basic ability to arrange and retrieve data, knowledge, and ideas through utilization of math skills, organization of information.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate through all levels of organization.
• Able to convey ideas clearly and succinctly through written communication.
• Demonstrates effective prioritization skills in an environment with many competing demands.
• Effectively manages their time to deliver work efficiently.
• Possesses a strong intellect with ability to comfortably navigate complex concepts.
• This position is required to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on doing whatever it takes to get the job done and deliver customer delight.
