Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1pm to 9pm with weekends and major holidays off.

Job Overview

Bubble Box Prep is a rapidly growing third-party logistics (3PL) prep center for e-commerce sellers. This isn't your typical warehouse environment; think of it more like a retail back room without the customers. We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Shipment Supervisor to lead client shipments and ensure all products are prepared to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

As a Shipment Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire shipment process from start to finish. Your key duties will include:

• Leading and managing the preparation of client shipments.
• Accurately identifying and sorting products based on client descriptions.
• Communicating directly with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Preparing products according to Amazon's strict standards and guidelines.
• Maintaining clear and organized records, primarily using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated leader with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. We're looking for someone who can work well with a team and independently.

• Experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Experience with managing a team is preferred.
• Knowledge of different shoes and clothing items from major brands like Nike, Adidas, and Converse is a big plus.
• Ability to follow directions and work with a high degree of accuracy.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use a box cutter.
