Responsibilities
- A ccurate processing of returned parts from the Service organization
- W orking w ith the Production Planner in ATSC to accurately process and channel returned instrumentation.
- Preparation, packing and dispatching of Service parts .
- Maintaining the Returns area to ensure a safe working environment
- Working with ATSC colleagues to
- Other m iscellaneous duties within the returns area .
- High School graduate, GED or equivalent
- 2+ years w a r e house background is highly preferential along with familiarity on warehouse safety procedures.
- Computer experience and software proficiency . Daily use of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and SAP is hi ghly desired .
- Verbal and written communication skills: Essential to work within a larger team and communicate with Field Service personnel responsible for the returns.
- Administration skills: Essential to organize, keep good notes and record data neatly and accurately whilst paying close attention to detail.
- Prioritizing and handling daily/weekly workloads with the ability to multitask.
- Reliability
- Ability to operate material handling equipment, including the following: Pallet Jack, Hand Truck, and Step Ladder
- Basic math skills with emphasis on addition and subtraction
- Familiar with warehouse safety procedures
- Sound communication skills, which includes the ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to comprehend and exchange verbal and written instructions
- Administration skill, which include the ability to organize and record data neatly and accurately by paying close attention to detail
- Good notes keeper and eager to learn new processes.
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Able to work overtime on short notice during peak workload periods
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
