Logistics Supervisor

CDM Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering business for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their growing operations team.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with warehouse, logistics or stores experience looking to play a key role in a busy engineering environment. Working alongside the Warehouse Supervisor, you'll help coordinate daily warehouse activities while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations.
• Supervise warehouse activities and assist in leading the team.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Stock control and goods in/out.
• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift.
• Support lifting operations and material handling.
• Complete warehouse documentation and records.
• Maintain high HSE and quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience within engineering, manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential).
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Good organisational and IT skills.
• Strong health & safety awareness.

Package

• 30-35k
• Overtime available.
• Permanent role with training and career development.
