To our customer Inceptua, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join the company in a new exciting role.

What Inceptua can offer

Joining Inceptua means becoming part of a fast-growing global pharmaceutical services company dedicated to improving patient access to medicines worldwide.

This is a newly created strategic role where you will have a direct impact on Inceptua's global supply chain network. Working in an international environment, you will collaborate with colleagues and partners across Europe, North America and Asia while helping shape the company's future vendor strategy and global distribution capabilities.

You will be part of a lean, highly specialized team where initiative, ownership and continuous improvement are encouraged.

The Company

Inceptua is a global pharmaceutical services company with more than 25 years of experience supporting pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Operating across Europe, North America and Asia, the company provides services including Clinical Trial Supply, Early Access Programs, Global Distribution and Regulatory Support, always with a strong focus on quality, compliance and patient care.

The Position – Supply Chain Manager

This is a strategic Supply Chain role focused on developing and managing Inceptua's global network of logistics, distribution and regulatory partners.

Rather than managing day-to-day operational logistics, you will identify, evaluate and develop long-term strategic partnerships while supporting global distribution solutions for pharmaceutical products. You will also act as an internal Subject Matter Expert, advising cross-functional teams on supply chain strategies and helping solve complex global distribution challenges.

Purpose of the Role

The purpose of the role is to strengthen and expand Inceptua's global supply chain network by developing strategic partnerships with logistics providers, warehouses and regulatory service partners worldwide.

Working closely with internal stakeholders across Global Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Commercial and Business Development, you will design scalable supply chain solutions, evaluate new partners, drive supplier performance and support the successful execution of Early Access Programs, Clinical Trial Supply and Global Distribution initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Inceptua's global network of logistics and service providers by identifying, evaluating, onboarding and negotiating strategic partnerships.

  • Design and support global supply chain and distribution solutions while acting as the internal Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert for new projects and business opportunities.

  • Drive supplier performance through KPIs, business reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with Trade Compliance, GDP/GMP requirements and the Quality Management System (QMS).

  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex international supply chain and distribution challenges.

Competence Requirements and Abilities

  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen.

  • Proven ability to build and develop long-term supplier relationships.

  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • Analytical, solution-oriented and able to prioritize in a changing environment.

  • Experienced in working across cultures and international organizations.

  • Proactive, collaborative and driven by continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as a trusted business partner.

Required Experience

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent.

  • Minimum five years' experience in an international Supply Chain role.

  • Experience managing global vendors and strategic supplier relationships.

  • Experience within Pharma, Biotech, CRO, CDMO or other Life Science organizations.

  • Knowledge of GDP/GMP and outsourced global distribution networks.

  • Experience supporting international logistics and regulatory supply chains.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Experience from Clinical Trial Supply, Early Access Programs or global pharmaceutical distribution is considered a strong advantage.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Strategic, commercially minded and skilled at building long-term relationships and partnerships.

  • Self-driven, proactive and takes ownership while continuously seeking improvements.

  • A collaborative and trusted business partner who enjoys working across functions, cultures and international teams.

  • Motivated by delivering high-quality solutions that improve patient access to medicines worldwide.
