You Will Be

• Flexibility: Be able to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Time Management: Be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet the demands of a busy retail environment

What They Will Do

• - Prepare and verify shipping manifests, bills of lading, and related documentation for all outgoing shipments.
• - Cross-check cargo details (weight, dimensions, and contents) against purchase orders.
• - Coordinate with coordinators and the management team to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• - Maintain accurate digital and physical records for compliance and auditing purposes.
• - Use shipping and inventory management software (Status of Sends, FedEx) to track and update shipment statuses.
• - Flag and resolve discrepancies quickly to prevent delays or compliance issues.

Qualifications

• - Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• - Strong attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
• - Familiarity with shipping documentation, customs requirements, and freight terminology.
• - Proficiency with shipping software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• - Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• - A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
