Job Description:
This job is responsible for participating in a two year Management Analyst Program (MAP) designed to offer rotations throughout Global Strategy & Enterprise Platforms (GSEP). Key responsibilities may include partnering with teammates and partners to conduct and execute business reviews and analysis, process improvement analysis, identification and execution of business process design and risk mitigation. Job expectations include leveraging education and experience to drive a wide range of activities and support functions across GSEP.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports GSEP LOB priorities and activities
  • Develops stakeholder relationships by effectively communicating subject matter expertise and punctually delivering on expectations
  • Leverages systems, tools, and reporting for stakeholder deliverables
  • Collaborates with stakeholders focused on continuous learning and development
    Executes on opportunities for business process-improvement and risk mitigation
  • Partner with the business to identify opportunities and make recommendations for process improvements
