Lead the deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of the end-to-end booking process for Digital Grid recurring and non-recurring offers across countries. Ensure orders are correctly booked, revenue is accurately attributed to the appropriate Digital Grid Product Line, and country teams successfully adopt and sustain standardized booking practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Country Deployment Leadership

Drive the successful deployment of the Digital Grid booking process across countries through structured Pre-Go-Live and Post-Go-Live phases.
Pre-Go-Live

  • Identify and map key country stakeholders involved in the booking process.
  • Define and align Digital Grid booking teams responsible for recurring and non-recurring order processing.
  • Ensure revenue attribution is aligned to the appropriate Digital Grid Product Line.
  • Support countries in deploying Digital Grid Commercial References for recurring and non-recurring offers within the appropriate plants, ensuring complete and accurate master data and attributes.
  • Train and enable booking teams to execute all required booking activities, including recurring orders managed through service contracts.
  • Develop and manage deployment plans covering stakeholder alignment, milestones, timelines, readiness assessments, risk management, and progress tracking.
  • Coordinate with global and local stakeholders to ensure country readiness for go-live.
Post-Go-Live
  • Provide hypercare support following deployment to ensure operational stability.
  • Resolve process, system, and data-quality issues by coordinating corrective actions with local and global stakeholders.
  • Drive sustained adoption and ensure consistent execution of the new booking process.
  • Monitor process compliance and user adoption through dedicated dashboards developed in partnership with Global Finance.
  • Analyze performance metrics, identify process gaps, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promote standardization and simplification of booking processes across countries to enhance efficiency and governance.

  • Country go-live execution and success rate
  • Booking process adoption and compliance rate
  • Recurring and non-recurring order booking accuracy
  • Revenue attribution accuracy by Digital Grid Product Line
  • Post-go-live issue resolution effectiveness and stabilization metrics
  • Continuous improvement implementation and process standardization adoption
Experience
  • Proven experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Order Management
    • Offer Data Management
    • ERP Implementation or Deployment
    • Commercial Operations
    • Finance Processes
    • Digital Transformation or Process Excellence
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects in a global environment.
  • Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, revenue attribution, and business systems.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong project management and deployment management capabilities.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute multi-country initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Strong data interpretation and reporting skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management and influencing capabilities across global and local teams.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and training skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process standardization and operational excellence.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • BE/B.Tech from a reputed institute
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP.
  • Knowledge of subscription, recurring revenue, service contract, or digital offer management processes.
  • Experience working in global transformation, shared services, or finance operations environments.
  • Familiarity with dashboarding and reporting tools such as Power BI.
