Role Description The Customs Declarant is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting accurate customs declarations and related documentation for import and export shipments. This full-time, on-site role based in Makati involves coordinating with internal teams, clients, and customs authorities to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and timely clearance of goods. Day-to-day tasks include verifying shipment details, monitoring the status of customs entries, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining up-to-date records. The role also involves staying informed about changes in customs laws and procedures to minimize delays and risks in the logistics process.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in customs processes, including Customs Brokerage and compliance with import/export regulations.
- Knowledge and practical experience in Import, Export, and Import Export operations.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with clients, customs officials, and internal stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Ability to work on-site in Makati in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Familiarity with customs clearance systems and related software is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a customs, logistics, or freight forwarding role is beneficial.
