Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the logistics team in daily operations, ensuring timely delivery and shipment tracking.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer queries related to shipments and logistics updates.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery schedules, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and provide seamless service to clients.
• Monitor logistics performance and communicate potential delays or issues to customers proactively.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the shipping process.

• Solid knowledge about logistics and supply chain management.
• Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
• Valid working visa for Bahrain.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant office applications.
• Previous customer service experience in logistics or related industries.
