We are currently looking to hire a 1st Shift Replenisher at our state-of-the-art NJ manufacturing facility in Wayne, NJ. This role is responsible for utilizing a provided list of materials in short supply, replenish materials used throughout the manufacturing facility.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Using a provided list of materials in short supply, replenish materials, including mezzanine drums, totes and tanks, KARDEX, Flammable Room, Powder Room, Laboratory and Robot, using forklift, motorized pallet jack and other moving material equipment as well as high-pressure pumps, hoses and other filling equipment.
  • Ensure accuracy of material transfers to the appropriate container.
  • Maintain an accurate level of inventory by communicating any discrepancies to Inventory Manager
  • May unload tanker trucks to bulk tanks after QC approval and following GMP
  • May assist Packers to load tanker truck with finished product
  • May clean and maintain Tanker Truck Stations
  • Practice good housekeeping of workstation, tools and equipment.
  • Report missing or damaged tools and equipment to Team Lead, Supervisor or Maintenance
  • Operate in a safe and timely manner and according to predefined instructions, GMP and SOPs to meet specific quality standards.
  • Special tasks and projects as required in order to meet company objectives

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Must be able to read/write English
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Standing, stretching, walking, lifting and climbing ladders may be required
  • Mixing and measuring skills may be required

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $22 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, geographic location, and applicable legal considerations. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is awarded based on both individual and company performance.
