Service Delivery Manager – (Mortgage Platform)

What success looks like in this role: Key Responsibilities - Drive end‑to‑end service delivery for the UFSS platform, ensuring uptime, performance, contract, and SLA compliance - Manage the team to effectively respond and action all incident, problem, and change management with a focus on rapid recovery and root‑cause elimination - Manage Service Delivery change work as agreed with your assigned clients - Act as the primary Service Delivery interface for senior banking stakeholders, providing proactive communication and clear reporting which is delivered to published timeframes - Support, and where appropriate, lead project activities within your assigned clients - Coordinate across internal teams and vendors to maintain service quality and deliver continuous improvement - Ensure all operations meet appropriate banking regulatory, audit, and security standards. - Ensure all services are operating within the confines of the contractual requirements You will be successful in this role if you have: BA/BS degree and typically 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience Unisys is proud to be an equal opportunity employer that considers all qualified applicants without regard to age, caste, citizenship, color, disability, family medical history, family status, ethnicity, gender, gender expression, gender identity, genetic information, marital status, national origin, parental status, pregnancy, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, transgender status, veteran status or any other category protected by law.
