The Marketing Associate will play a key role in supporting LighthouseAI’s marketing efforts through the management of email campaigns, overseeing social media content, maintaining our marketing database, and supporting lead generation initiatives. This is a fully remote, full-time position offering the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and mission-driven company. This is a full-timeremote position. Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8am – 4:30pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage and execute email marketing campaigns and content - Create, schedule, and manage social media content - Marketing lead research and lead qualifying - Maintain and improve marketing database quality and hygiene - Manage website updates and publish blog content - Manage inbound lead requests to appropriate parties and data entry into CRM - Collaborate on additional marketing and business development projects as needed Work Experience Qualifications: - 2+ years in a similar Marketing role - Experience with various social media platforms and content scheduling - Experience managing CRM data; Salesforce experience strongly preferred - Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Pardot, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar) - Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulatory industry is a plus Other Qualifications: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines - Self-starter mentality with strong time management and organizational skills Compensation: - Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience Benefits: - Health, Dental, Vision Insurance - STD, LTD, Life Insurance - 401(k) - PTO and Paid Holidays
