Scrum Master (Agile) Coordinator

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience working with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
• Agile/Scrum certification required
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coordinating agile teams
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong adaptability and problem-solving mindset
• Experience working with CRM/project management tools, preferably Monday.com Professional fluency in English (spoken, written, and listening comprehension)
• Experience working with cross-functional digital teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews
• Coordinate workflows and ensure projects move efficiently through all stages of production
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project tracking across tasks, timelines, priorities, and deliverables
• Support resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple concurrent projects
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth communication
• Identify blockers, risks, and process inefficiencies, helping teams resolve issues proactively
• Help design, optimize, and improve production and operational workflows
• Promote a collaborative, positive, and high-performing team environment
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs within a fast-moving retail environment
• Assist in reporting, project visibility, and status communication for stakeholders
