The Role: Dispatch Operative

We are looking for a Dispatch Operative to join our operations team in Hoofddorp.

How You’ll Contribute

• Process and dispatch domestic and international orders
• Generate shipping labels and customs paperwork
• Pack orders carefully and maintain stock records
• Assist with other areas of dispatch as needed
• Receive, pack, count, and record stock from manufacturing and suppliers
• Support stock takes as required
• Check quality against company specifications
• Transport items between locations and suppliers
• Prepare office collections and book collection appointments

Skills You’ll Bring to The Role

• Desire to learn and train across all aspects of the role
• Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Friendly, approachable, confident, and polite manner
• Proficiency with software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
