Stock Keeper

• Play an active role in making sure the entire stock cycle runs smoothly, and are proactive when solving problems to ensure positive outcomes

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Dedication and resilience to finding solutions and timely movement of merchandise
• Think innovatively for improving ways of creating value and magic for the clients
• Meet the product needs of the store to maximize product distribution, sales effectiveness and maintain a clean working environment
• Play an active role on making sure the entire stock cycle runs smoothly owning all stock activities: inventory, organization, control, audits etc.
• Strive and support the team to achieve team objectives and be accountable for an accurate and organized store inventory at all times
• Drive to achieve team objectives and be accountable for an accurate and organized store inventory at all times – overseeing store cycle counts, scheduled inventories etc.
• Proactively execute shipping and receiving process, partnering with management to resolve any issues and taking necessary steps to resolve

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Passionate for the client experience with an in-depth knowledge of the stock workflow and the ability to envision a memorable client experience while enabling the team to be successful
• Excellent organizational skills, inventory/stock management
• Play an active role in making sure the entire stock cycle runs smoothly, and are proactive when solving problems to ensure positive outcomes
• Are highly adaptable and quick thinking while having the ability to see beyond the immediate situation
• You take authentic ownership, strive for more self-awareness and are a passionate role model

🌍 Language proficiency: Dutch and English. Any additional language is considered a strong plus
