Warehouse Operations Specialist

Purpose of this position / Position summary:

The Warehouse Operations Specialist is responsible for all the warehouse activities for all segments, which including receiving, checking, delivering, monitoring, recording and maintaining movements of inventory in U8 and other respective platform.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

1.Inventory Management

- Receive and verify the accuracy of incoming goods, ensuring proper care and reporting any discrepancies or irregularities.

- Sort, organize, and store materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequences.

- Perform regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records using computerized inventory systems.

2. Shipment Handling

- Handle inbound and outbound shipments, including applying for e-permits and preparing required documents for customs clearance.

- Ensure goods receipt is in good condition and report any discrepancies or irregularities.

- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues related to shipments.

- Monitor inbound and outbound job distribution to ensure timely processing and delivery.

3. Order Fulfillment

- Pick, pack, and prepare goods for shipment based on sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Create and manage shipping documents, including Delivery Orders, invoices, consignment notes, and bills of lading.

4. Warehouse Maintenance

- Ensure goods are stored in an organized manner and in compliance with safety standards.

- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to logistics and safety

5. Collaboration, Communication & Process Improvement

- Work closely with Customer Experience, CEF, and Sales teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.

- Respond to inquiries regarding product specifications and job status, providing accurate and timely updates to internal stakeholders.

- Address and resolve logistical issues, such as shipment delays or discrepancies, in coordination with relevant teams.

- Identify areas for improvement within logistics processes and contribute to efficiency-enhancing initiatives.

6. Additional Responsibilities

- Perform any other duties as assigned to support the logistics and supply chain operations.
