For one of our clients, a leading company in the agricultural sector and an official representative of proven products for crop protection, fertilizers, and seeds, we are looking for a: Logistics Coordinator.

As an Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating orders, deliveries, transportation, and day-to-day operational processes, while working closely with internal teams and international partners. The role combines logistics coordination, supplier communication, and process optimization, offering an opportunity to develop valuable experience in international trade and business operations. The position is based onsite in Plovdiv.

Primary responsibilities of the role:

• Receive, process, and administer customer orders in an ERP system;
• Communicate and coordinate with international suppliers, partners, and customs agents;
• Organize and track domestic and international transportation;
• Monitor delivery, loading, and goods receiving processes;
• Handle invoicing and payment follow-up;
• Provide operational support to the sales team and drivers;
• Prepare reports and analyses related to the company’s activities.

Desired skills and experience:

• Good command of English, both written and spoken;
• Good computer literacy (MS Office); experience with an ERP system is considered an advantage;
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, delivery coordination, or sales support;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment;
• Responsibility, initiative, and strong teamwork skills.
