What You’ll Do

  • Receive products from vendor deliveries.
  • Unload shipments from delivery truck/container.
  • Compare packing lists to company purchase orders and ensure that the products in each delivery match the packing list.
  • Accurately inspect incoming materials and supplies (qty, PNs, verify that product /material is in good condition).
  • Complete inspections of finished goods in accordance with QMS and all relevant specifications / DWGs.
  • Document inspection results by completing reports and logs; entering data into quality database.
  • Assist the Quality Engineer with the reworking of parts as per specs when required.
  • Maintain receiving records in accordance with Amran procedures.
  • Maintain Incoming Inspections Records in accordance with Amran procedures.
  • Report any receiving discrepancies to Purchasing and/or to the immediate supervisor.
  • Release the receiving items to the appropriate departments.
  • Initiate and maintain positive interaction between quality, production, office personnel, and the warehouse.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Follow all Amran procedures, practices, rules and safety requirements.
  • Follow Amran guidelines and policies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by staff and supervision.

What You'll Bring

  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years’ experience in warehousing
  • Experience with operating forklifts
  • Ability to move around the facility
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

  • Good computer skills and ability to use various Microsoft products (e.g. Excel, Access, Word etc…)
