Logistics Coordinator

This is not a remote role. Applicants must be able to report to work on time as scheduled.

Position: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Honolulu, HI (Onsite)

Pay: $22 to $23/hour

Experience: 1 year or more of experience in a related field is highly desired

Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Assist with logistics coordination and transportation support
• Prepare shipping and military shipment documentation
• Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, MoveWare, and DPS
• Professional phone and email communication
• Ability to work with operations teams and service providers

Position Requirements

• Must be able to commute to the job location in Honolulu, HI
• Knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Freight
• Knowledge of import rules and compliance for military moves
• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be at least 18 years old
• Works extremely well in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong time management and follow‑through
• Detail‑oriented and motivated
