> English certificate allowance of up to 40,000,000 VND/month


I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Warehouse Operations

  • Manage inbound – outbound – inventory by codes
  • Optimize warehouse layout for space & access
  • Ensure accurate and timely material issuance
  • Coordinate with related departments for stock release
  • Generate regular inventory reports & resolve variances


Packing Management

  • Develop packing SOPs by product line
  • Supervise packing to prevent damage or defects
  • Check packing supplies: foam, pallets, crates...
  • Ensure proper labeling and project marking
  • Define packing KPIs, monitor errors, improve process
  • Coordinate with Export/Logistics for shipping schedules


Packing Material Forecasting & Risk Control

  • Track packing material usage by production stages
  • Propose timely replenishment to avoid shortages
  • Anticipate risks during peak delivery periods


Team Management & Process Improvement

  • Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse & packing staff
  • Ensure safety and efficiency of material handling
  • Propose layout & process improvements for cost/time/error reduction


II. JOB REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in a materials, manufacturing, mechanical or export environment
  • Understand warehouse management and packaging of large technical products
  • Organizational, coordination, problem solving and process improvement skills
  • Know how to use ERP, MS Excel, warehouse and transportation management software
  • High sense of responsibility, meticulous, good control of details
