Import Export Specialist

A global manufacturing company in the cosmetics industry is looking for an Import, Export & International Logistics Coordinator.

What will you do?

• Manage and coordinate import and export shipments with suppliers and customers in Israel and worldwide.
• Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouses.
• Handle international trade documentation and shipment clearance.
• Track delivery schedules and logistics costs.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in Israel and abroad.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in import, export, and international logistics.
• Proven experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Proven experience preparing international trade documentation and handling customs clearance.
• Very high level of English.
• Experience working with an ERP system.
• Very good command of Excel.
• Experience in a manufacturing company, a significant advantage.
