Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage the Sea Export Department across Pan India operations

• Handle Sea Export bookings including:

o Break Bulk Shipments

• Bulk Cargo
• Conventional Cargo
• FCL (Full Container Load)
• LCL (Less than Container Load)
• Coordinate effectively with shipping lines, overseas agents, and international freight forwarders
• Negotiate competitive freight rates and long‑term contracts with shipping lines
• Maintain strong working relationships with shipping lines and global agents
• Ensure strict compliance with shipping line policies and international trade regulations
• Oversee customer service, grievance handling, and escalation management
• Manage CRM systems, customer retention strategies, and repeat business
• Mentor, guide, and develop team members; build future leaders
• Achieve revenue targets and organizational goals aligned with company strategy
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive client engagement
• Monitor order schedules, cut‑off dates, documentation accuracy, and shipment tracking
• Demonstrate strong understanding of:

o Technical aspects of Sea Export operations

o Global shipping routes and vessel networks

• Work closely with senior management to support growth and operational excellence
