Key Responsibilities
- Manage the export operations of finished products and materials from China to global markets, ensuring seamless trade execution and regulatory compliance.
- Own designated import/export lanes and drive cost savings, efficiency improvements, and value creation initiatives.
- Lead trade system operations, including data analysis, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with overseas stakeholders and external partners, including Customs and 3PL providers, to ensure smooth cross-border operations.
- Build logistics partners' capabilities and drive continuous improvement across trade and supply chain processes.
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.
- Strong ownership, learning agility, and execution skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and develop 3PL partners to deliver business results.
- Experience in international trade operations, customs compliance, logistics, or supply chain planning is preferred.
