What You'll Do
- Ability to work in a safety conscious industrial environment including use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Ability to work in various types of weather conditions which include extreme heat and cold
- Ensure stock materials are received from loader and inspected for uniformity and attachment of inventory tags, SAP tags, and partial tags on open bundles
- Verify incoming shipments by comparing items and quantities unloaded against bills of lading, invoices, manifests, storage receipts, etc.
- Print tags on jobs for daily production
- Ensure bundle count and bundle tagging accuracy
- Tagging and flagging materials outside
- Preparing orders for shipment, complete all paperwork, and ensure accuracy of the order to ship
- Operate a forklift to move material and supplies as required
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SAP preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to take direction and complete tasks with minimum supervision
- Driven individual with honesty and integrity
- Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced multi-discipline environment, with strong work ethic, attention to detail, organizational and listening skills
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
