ELS is hiring for the position of 2025 RV Resort / Campground Team Member (Gateway to Cape Cod in Rochester, MA).

Join the Fun of our 2025 camping season. Gateway to Cape Cod creates great camping experiences for our upcoming '25 camping season.

Be outside 80% of the time in a campground setting with wonderful people!

Seasonal Full Time / Part Time Positions Available From April through October. Multiple Schedules Available Based On Position & Include Day, Night, Weekend Work.

Gateway to Cape Cod is a premier destination in Cape Cod as part of the Thousand Trail program.

From basic to full hookup, rental cabins and park models we are able to accommodate every level of camper.

Guests also enjoy our activities program, live entertainment and special events.

Multiple Opportunities Available - Full Time / Part-Time Seasonal Positions Including:

Reservations/Reception

• Park Attendant
• Maintenance / Housekeeping Department
• Security/Ranger
• Retail
• Fun and Games

Successful candidates should be happy, flexible and energetic self-starters who like to stay active, can handle multiple responsibilities and remain calm and collected while doing so.

Experience & skills you need:

• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• Customer Service skills
• Basic Computer Skills
• Strong organizational, coordination and scheduling skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on customer needs.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check
