This Is What You’re Going To Do

• Planning and preparing transports to other international ETC sites in cooperation with internal and external parties such as carriers, freight forwarders and customs agents.
• The administrative processing of inbound, storage and outbound goods in SAP and WMS.
• Taking care of general logistical tasks including receiving and checking materials, outsourcing and supplying our production.
• Picking orders and preparing shipments.
• Drawing up transport documents including supervising import and export declarations and maintaining the export license administration.
• Preparing various reports, including IAEA reports.
• In this all-round position, you will work about 60% in the office and 40% in the warehouse.
• Because we work with classified techniques, a lot of attention is paid to safety and security, for which you must comply with the company regulations and instructions in the context of health and safety, environment and safety.

• MBO/MBO+/HBO level of thinking with experience in logistics processes
• Transport documentation and basic knowledge of transport law
• Customs procedures for export and import, export control legislation
• Knowledge of SAP module WM
• Working with hazardous substances (ADR, PGS 15)
• Heftruck-, reach truck-, stapellaar-, side loader-certificaat ‎
• Dutch, English and German, both oral and written
