Provincial Manager, Security Sales & Business Development


Position Overview

The Provincial Security Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities related to:

  • Residential condominium concierge/security contracts
  • Alarm systems and monitoring solutions
  • CCTV and electronic security integrations
  • Access control systems
  • Mobile patrol and integrated building security services

This is a high-growth opportunity with strong earning potential for the right candidate.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new condominium and residential client relationships across Ontario
  • Prospect and secure new alarm system and monitoring accounts
  • Meet with condominium boards, property managers, and developers
  • Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Conduct site visits and security assessments
  • Maintain ongoing client relationships and account growth
  • Work closely with operations and executive management teams
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings



Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in:
  • Residential condominium security sales
  • Concierge/security service sales
  • Alarm system sales
  • Electronic security solutions
  • Strong understanding of condominium operations and property management
  • Existing industry relationships considered a major asset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Ontario
  • Experience with CRM systems and proposal writing preferred



CPIS Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $59,000 –up to $90,000 + annually
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Performance bonuses
  • Vehicle allowance / mileage reimbursement
