We’re currently looking for a motivated Call 2 Collect to join our team at Tosca, offering you a great opportunity to step into a dynamic logistics environment!

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Organize and coordinate the return of goods from customers to the company, making sure everything runs smoothly and on time.
• Plan and schedule weekly collections by creating pickup orders and contacting all involved partners or locations.
• Check in regularly with sites that haven’t been contacted yet, monitor performance, and help solve any problems.
• Keep customer contact details up to date (such as phone numbers, emails, and opening hours).
• Look for ways to improve collection success rates and fix availability issues quickly.
• Notice potential issues early and inform the Customer Success team when needed.

YOUR PROFILE

• Your motivation, ability to learn and your passion for Transportation and Logistics is more important than experience.
• You will primarily work in English; knowledge of Polish or/and German is preferred.
• You are well organized, and you take care of your administration in a transparent and efficient way.
• You show initiative and you have a healthy level of self-confidence.
• You have thorough knowledge of the MS Office applications with a focus on Excel.
• You are an enthusiastic team player, and you bring a positive attitude to the entire Tosca team.
