Challenge
What you will do
Our team in Dublin have a vacancy for a Warehouse Manager. The successful candidate for this role will ensure the sourcing and ordering of materials and stock, while maximising equipment availability by ensuring equipment calibration and repair processes. You will also:
- Manage the receipt, internal movement, and dispatch of materials within the warehouse, ensuring accurate documentation and system updates.
- Maintaining relevant stock levels of all associated equipment adhering to any minimum or maximum holding expectations.
- Ensuring that all equipment is maintained and calibrated in accordance with manufacturer’s instruction or SWARCO policy.
- Executing all duties within the wider Zero-Harm environment -taking into consideration any COSHH and Health and Safety guidelines.
- To provide a first-class materials supply and availability reporting service to the service centre providing coordination, quality, and commercial awareness.
- To work in accordance with Quality, Environmental, Security and Health & Safety requirements, including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001 and local working instructions/site inductions.

- Previous stores/stock control experience using a stock control system/software.
- GCSE’s (or equivalent) in English, Maths & Sciences
- Full and Clean Driver’s Licence – and Forklift Licence is essential
- An organised and trustworthy person with a customer focused attitude.
- Able to work flexible hours when required.
