Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Yard Personnel role based in Salt Lake City, UT. The Yard Personnel team member is responsible for loading and unloading scaffold and access equipment, organizing and staging materials, and preparing orders for delivery or customer pickup. Daily tasks include inspecting equipment for damage, cleaning and maintaining the yard area, and safely operating basic material-handling tools or equipment. The role also involves assisting drivers with shipments, keeping accurate counts of inventory, and following all safety procedures and company guidelines. Yard Personnel work closely with other team members to ensure timely, accurate service for customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and moving scaffold components and equipment.
• Basic familiarity with tools, construction or warehouse environments, and safe material-handling practices.
• Attention to detail for counting, organizing, and tracking inventory and orders.
• Reliable work habits, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with yard staff and drivers.
• Commitment to safety, including willingness to use required personal protective equipment and follow safety training.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in a yard, warehouse, or construction setting is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in varying weather conditions and stand or walk for extended periods.
