The Warehouse Operations Manager leads and supports the Shift Leaders in achieving productivity and quality targets while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal standards. In this role, the Warehouse Operations Manager works closely with the Site Manager to drive, control, and optimize warehouse operations, ensuring efficient performance and operational excellence.

• University Degree
• Minimum three years of experience as warehouse Manager
• Very good knowledge of warehouse operational standards
• Experience in warehouse operations management
• Team management and communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Advanced English language skills
• Leadership, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

• Lead and develop Shift Leaders to achieve operational targets.
• Drive warehouse performance across productivity, quality, cost, service, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with legal, QSHE, 5S, and company standards.
• Support Continuous Improvement and business development initiatives.
• Maintain effective customer relationships and service levels.
• Coordinate operational activities and report performance to the Site Manager.
