Bray is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Receiving Specialist to support our Saudi Arabia Valve Automation Center (VAC). In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, inventory control, warehousing, material handling, kitting, and shipping support activities to ensure inventory accuracy, material availability, and efficient support of production and customer delivery requirements.


The Warehouse & Receiving Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting customer satisfaction. By ensuring materials are received accurately, inventory is properly controlled, and products are shipped on time, this position directly contributes to production performance, inventory accuracy, and successful customer deliveries within the Valve Automation Center operation.


Key Responsibilities:

Receiving & Inventory Control

  • Receive and inspect incoming materials against purchase orders and packing documentation.
  • Process receiving transactions accurately within the ERP system.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper material management and traceability practices.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory activities.
  • Investigate and report inventory discrepancies as required.


Warehouse Operations

  • Store, organise, and maintain inventory within designated warehouse locations.
  • Prepare and kit materials to support production orders and operational requirements.
  • Ensure efficient handling, movement, and storage of materials.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment in accordance with company standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse processes and inventory management.


Shipping & Production Support

  • Support packaging and shipping activities to meet customer delivery commitments.
  • Assist with international shipments and export documentation where applicable.
  • Provide support to assembly and production operations as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure material availability and smooth workflow throughout the facility.


What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehousing, receiving, inventory control, logistics, or material handling.
  • Forklift certification.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organisational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within a Valve Automation Center (VAC) or industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Experience handling valves, actuators, controls, or other industrial components.
  • ERP inventory transaction and warehouse management experience.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and cycle counting processes.
  • Experience supporting international shipments and export documentation
