Logistics Operations Team Lead

Our client is a large company managing complex logistics and supply chain operations. We are looking for an experienced logistics professional who will take both professional and leadership responsibility for the logistics operations function.

Key responsibilities

• Managing logistics customer service and transportation planning processes
• Coordinating customer orders, transport planning and capacity planning
• Cooperating with commercial, planning and logistics partners
• Optimizing transportation and warehouse processes
• KPI management, reporting and process improvement
• Team leadership, performance management and employee development

We are looking for you if you

• have at least 5 years of experience in a logistics environment
• have previous leadership experience
• have experience in transport operations, freight coordination or logistics customer service
• have confident English language skills and fuent Hungarian
• have strong Excel, analytical and reporting skills
• are comfortable working with KPIs and process improvement initiatives
• have an understanding of international transportation processes
