JOB SUMMARY

Supervise the operations of the facility, including formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources to meet the business requirements. All this while maintaining continuous safety.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervise and lead work within corporate strategies, policy frameworks and designs, and implement operational strategies to meet both short and long term goals.

- Supervise and lead the purchasing of materials and equipment to ensure an uninterrupted supply at optimal cost. Packaging material registration and inventory.

- Supervise and lead all operational activities required for timely and efficient distribution of products.

- Supervise and lead the support for a client's operation and optimize costs.

- Supervise and lead and motivate subordinate staff; review and assess performance and support development.

-Knowledge and application of the KPI system

-Maintaining contact with stakeholders involved in warehouse operations: foreign Neovia departments, client, drivers, other partners.

-Monitoring the condition of forklifts, ordering service in case of problems. Ordering periodic inspections.

-Daily reporting

-Active use of Warehouse Management System: SAP and SIMA.

-Replacement of Shift leader colleague.

-Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- 1–5 years' relevant experience.

- Basic mathematical skills.

- Ability to read/write and interpret documents.

Preferred:

-College degree

-Warehouse experience

-Logistics experience

-SAP and SIMA experience

-Six Sigma experience
